Refund policy
At Buck's Coffee Co, all sales are final. Because our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@buckscoffeeco.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect roast or grind size selected at checkout
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
