Sourced from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia, this natural process coffee represents one of the most exciting and expressive regions in the country. Once grouped under Sidamo, Guji coffees are now recognized for their distinct character and elevated quality.
Dried on raised beds and crafted from Ethiopian heirloom varietals, this coffee offers a fruit-forward cup with a structured sweetness. Expect notes of graham cracker, dried fruit, and dark chocolate, layered over a medium body with a smooth, approachable finish. The natural process enhances its depth and sweetness while maintaining balance throughout the cup.
