This lot brings together three classic Costa Rican varieties—Catuai, Caturra, and Obata—and showcases the clarity and sweetness that make the country’s coffees so beloved.

Toasted almond and milk chocolate create a warm, familiar foundation, while brighter notes of apple, cherry, and raisin add gentle fruit complexity and lift. We roast this Costa Rica to a medium (City+) level to highlight its balance of sweetness, body, and gentle fruit acidity.
