Sourced from the high-elevation growing regions of Northern Tanzania, this Peaberry coffee is produced through local AMCOS (Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies) and crafted with care from Kent and Compact varietals. Peaberry coffees are naturally formed when a single, rounded bean develops inside the coffee cherry, often resulting in a more concentrated and expressive cup. This washed Tanzania Peaberry delivers vibrant clarity with tasting notes of cranberry, apple, lemon, and orange, balanced by gentle sweetness reminiscent of sugar, graham cracker, and dark chocolate. Bright yet composed, it’s a coffee that feels lively without being sharp.

We roast this Tanzania Peaberry to a medium level to balance its crisp acidity with caramelized sweetness and structure.
